Spraying robot protective clothing
Product Category: Painting Engineering
Protection needs and challenges:
1. Electrostatic control
The spray environment contains flammable coatings and dust, and static sparks can cause explosions. Protective clothing must have **permanent anti-static performance** (surface resistance ≤10?Ω), using carbon fiber blended or nano-conductive coating materials to ensure real-time static discharge.
2. Chemical corrosion protection
The robot body and pipeline are protected from corrosion by solvents and acid-base substances by using **multi-layer composite structure**: the outer layer is polyester fiber impermeable (resistant to solvents), the middle layer is polyurethane foam buffer (anti-impact), and the inner layer is anti-falling knitted.
Fabric (avoid fiber contamination in the spraying area).
3. Mechanical adaptability
Robot joints need high elastic fabric (elongation rate ≥35%) and joint reinforcement design such as wave crease structure) to prevent tearing during movement and support 360° rotation.
