The Fully Automatic Stud Welding Torch (TSH21) is primarily designed for installation on robotic arms or columns to perform fully automatic stud welding. It works in conjunction with the power supply and control system as well as the feeder. The support rod can be installed interchangeably on the left or right side to avoid inaccessibility in corners or edges. The customized linear motor enables precise control of stud lifting and lowering.
The welding torch can be equipped with functions such as argon gas protection and flow detection, fully compatible with welding steel or aluminum studs. The applicable stud types include: standard flange studs, large flange studs, grounding studs, and T-type nails.
