This system is based on the 3D vision tracking technology, with 6DOF tracking- XYZRxRyRz，precise positioning tools and attitude of the tool and meets the need for absolute 'zero error'. Eliminates position errors, position omissions, sequence errors and stance errors when working with hand-held tools. At the same time, the tool used is able to realize POKA-YOKE, which can ensure that the assembly process is fully controllable，and realize Mistake-Proofing.

The mistake-proof process is set up in a "teach-in" way, where the location and position are captured and the sequence is automatically generated by simply placing the tool and clicking the mouse. It is also possible to complete a standard job and learn the position sequence intelligently.
